Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Our standard shipping and handling terms are for UPS Ground within the US continental 48 states. The price for shipping on all cases except for the Stowaway 20-20 series is $20.00 per case. The price for shipping the Stowaway 20-20 cases is $30.00 per case. Hawaii, Alaska, and other Second Day requests are billed at $45.00 per case. Next Day air and expedited services are available upon request. International shipping rates are billed at the UPS 2nd day rate. Please, call to get pricing for destinations outside of the US.

Returns: We require that you call our toll free 800-356-8348 number or for out of country (Tel 574-289-2616, FAX 574-289-2747) to give us your personal information and receive your RA# that must appear on your return box. This assures that you receive proper service for your return. A restocking and refurbish fee may apply.
